I’m catching up on episodes and just listening to the comments on this episode today. I just started laughing out loud when you read the comment from someone complaining about you “poking holes in everything”… First of all, many old time radio shows have more plot holes than half-a-dozen slices of Swiss cheese and to say that the host is being negative is such a weird statement that I don’t even understand where they’re coming from.
You don’t have to be naive to enjoy these old radio shows, so discussing the story or performances in no way takes away from the enjoyment. The rambling, personal point-of-view, engaging commentary at the end of each episode is THE reason to listen to this podcast as opposed to just finding these old time radio episodes elsewhere. I really appreciate Adam’s efforts to create a community atmosphere here. Thank you!
