On the recent podcast of Indictment, you commented on the strange, creepy voice Sheldon Leonard used on the armed forces commercial. He was using the same voice he used on the Jack Benny Show, where he semi regularly play a horse race track tout. He would always use that voice and start the bit with whispering to Jack “Hey Bud, come here”.
