"Life with Luigi" has always been one of my favorite radio comedies. It's sad what happened with the TV versions.

It was interesting to see how in the second TV series, Rosa's personality changed a lot from what it was, at least on the radio show. On the radio show she couldn't string together a complete sentence in front of Luigi--she was so shy that she'd just giggle helplessly most of the time. Also Pasquale in the radio version, while he was cheap most of the time, would never had denied Rosa a new dress if it'd help her chance at getting a husband.
