In the afterword, you mention that you didn’t understand and Johnny didn’t explain how the phony will got into the safe deposit box. It is explained in the episode, but very subtly.
Dora, the niece, says that she had access to the safe deposit box in order to check the stock certificates and that she found the will among those certificates. Johnny then says something to the effect of “So that’s how it got there.”
I believe that we are to assume Dora was periodically bringing stock certificates back and forth between her aunt and the bank. During one of those transitions, we assume that the secretary inserted the phony will into the pack of certificates prior to her taking them back to the bank.
Easy peasy.
