    yes, and also joe kearns as the confused young villain.
    Strange hearing good ol’ Mr Wilson playing a character
    that felt like an age-progressed version of Dennis the Menace.

    I first encountered most of these actors in one-time
    appearances on Bewitched, or Get Smart and such shows.
    Parley Baer was a plump bald man, getting frustrated by Granny, or the Munsters.
    Howard McNear was more Floyd the Barber than Doc Adams to me.

    After several hundred Gunsmoke episodes, the radio voice has
    taken over and he’s Doc now, through and through.
