    Adam,

    Regarding if this show is from 1939 or 1949; the answer is in the program itself. At the 17:25 mark into the podcast Dyke Easter is getting background information from a records clerk and he mentions that the dead man was married in 1941 and separated in 1947. Another case of the chroniclers not bother listening to the entire show. I enjoy the podcast. I’m a long time OTR buff and you have introduced me to programs (such as this) that I’ve never heard before. Keep up the good work!
